The Gîte Larchet is the ideal place to recharge your batteries and relax during your vacation or business trip at the gates of Mont de Marsan. On site, you have various leisure facilities to relax and have fun: the swimming pool (8m x 4m with a maximum depth of 1.30m) is shared with the owners, weight training equipment is available for you to get back in shape (elliptical bike, rowing machine, treadmill). You will also appreciate the large garden with trees and flowers. This cottage benefits from an original and atypical design. Set up in an old barn, the living space is upstairs. The building has retained the beautiful framework and exposed wood for a warm decoration and atmosphere. Located on the same land as the owners, this independent cottage benefits from private access. Parking is on the property. A private covered terrace with garden furniture is at your disposal. For your grills, a plancha is provided. Arranged on two levels, this vacation rental consists of: on the ground floor: - a relaxation lounge area with a sofa bed for a child (10€ / day) - a bathroom with shower, and toilet upstairs - a large living room with lounge, dining room and open kitchen (induction hob, extractor hood, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer) - a bedroom with 1 bed 140.
