In the middle of the woods and 10 minutes from the city center, gîte adjoining another gîte. Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, WiFi, television, baby equipment. The gîte is equipped with electric heating and a pellet stove. The land is approximately 2000 m², unfenced and shared with hedges. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. The entrance is independent. The swimming pool is shared with the owners and tenants of the adjoining gîte. Salt pool open from 30/05 to 25/09 of 5x10, 0.2 to 1.7 depth fenced. A trampoline (diameter 3.60m). Bicycles available. Boulodrome.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas burners). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
