Très satisfaits de l’emplacement et de l’aménagement de l’appartement.

Un peu déconcertés par le fait de devoir rapporter le linge loué à l’agence et de ne pas recevoir de message pour clôturer le dépôt de garantie.

Bonjour, Nous vous remercions pour le temps que vous avez pris pour partager votre expérience. Le linge loué est en effet à rapporter à notre agence parce que les équipes qui gèrent les ménages et les états des lieux ne disposent pas de fourgon pour récupérer tous les sacs. Quand les locataires partent tôt ou si cela pose un problème, nous récupérons le linge dans les logements, bien sûr. Pour le dépôt de garantie, comme expliqué lors de votre accueil, nous contactons les locataires uniquement s'il y a un souci (ce qui est exceptionnel, heureusement) et il est détruit après l'état des lieux de l'appartement, comme cela se pratique dans les agences de location de voitures par exemple. Nous espérons avoir le plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau dans ce bel appartement à Bénodet qui est disponible pour la prochaine saison. Meilleures salutations, L'équipe

Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub in einer schönen Unterkunft die für Bretonische Verhältnisse fast luxuriös sind. Sauber, helles Ambiente, gepflegter Zustand, gut ausgestattet, schöne Terasse und ein schönes Bad mit moderner Dusche. Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spühlmaschine wurden regelmäßig benuzt. Sehr ruhige Lage und sehr nette Mitbewohner (Eigentümer) der anderen Wohnungen. Eigener Parkplatz auf abgeschlossenem Gelände.

Ankunft und Abfahrt mit einigen Hürden verbunden, da persönlicher Ansprechpartner vor Ort fehlte: Einweisung in den Induktionsherd, Eingangstuer, Müllentsorgung. Kein Wifi, genereller Internetzugang auch über mobile Daten schwierig. Öffnungszeiten der Agentur stark limitiert (montags geschlossen) Anfahrtszeit zur Agentur ca 30 Minuten, Schlüsselabgabe vor 10.00 Uhr in der Agentur um 10.00 Uhr hätte man offiziell erst das Appartement erst räumen sollen.
