Entrance on the first floor from the parking area, by stairs, to a large living room with SAT + TV and dining room with a modern open kitchen, fully equipped. Two bedrooms with double bed, both air-conditioned, sharing a shower, toilet and washing machine. The villa is surrounded by small garden terraces with palm trees, typical of the Mediterranean area.
