The combination of the two gîtes can accommodate 13 people in two separate spaces. A first gîte "Le Noailly" of 140 m² on the ground floor + upper floor, kitchen, living room with lounge, fireplace, dining area and bar, three bedrooms and a mezzanine with 140 bed and office area. Cottage that can accommodate 8 people. Pleasant relaxation area under the veranda. A second personalized and harmonious gîte "Chez Chloé" for 5 people with a surface area of 96m² on the ground floor + upper floor with integrated and equipped kitchen, a relaxation lounge with television and three bedrooms. Swimming pool shared by both cottages.
Paid horse boarding. Along the way of three departments: Loire, Saône and Loire et Rhône, discover and enter a small, quiet hamlet, on the edge of the Dougles forests of Haut Beaujolais, where horses and hilly landscapes rub shoulders. For your comfort, both houses are fully equipped. They each have an enclosed courtyard and a wooded garden with a view of the surrounding countryside. The enclosed private grounds are made common thanks to a gate initially separating them (owners' right of passage to feed horses and maintain the swimming pool).
The swimming pool shared by both houses offers an incredible view of the green valleys that surround it. the swimming pool has a system that regulates its temperature in the summer season.
