Between Dijon and the gates of Morvan, a stone's throw from the Burgundy Canal and Pouilly en Auxois, the Le Moulin gîte opens its doors to you in the heart of the farm. Damien and Sonia will be delighted to share their farming activity with you in the company of their chickens who may come to visit you! This single-storey gîte consists of a kitchen open to the living room with a 2/3-person sofa and a dining table that can accommodate up to 4 people. It includes a bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm bed and a bathroom open to the bedroom with a sink and a walk-in shower. Separate toilet, accessible from the living room. A washing machine is available in the accommodation. Baby bed and high chair on request. The sofa is convertible, allowing for an extra bed in the living room for 2 people. A terrace adjoins the living room with a garden furniture for 4 people and 2 sun loungers. You will have a plancha. The cottage also includes a 400 m² garden overlooking a small river and a pond. We draw your attention to the fact that the watercourse and the pond are not secure. It is the responsibility of the tenants to take care of the safety of the outdoor space in the presence of young children.

Provision of a ping-pong table, a dart game and a pétanque court shared with the 10-person cottage.

A large private car park is accessible at the entrance to the farm. The cottage also includes a small cellar for parking bicycles.
