Le Moulin de la Motte brings together two beautiful adjoining gîtes in a reinhabited 19th century farmhouse in order to accommodate up to 12 people coming together. Damien and Sonia, farmers by trade, have preserved the charm of this building by mixing authenticity and modernity. Largely open to the surrounding nature, it offers a privileged setting of rest and calm in the heart of a hilly region.

In the 10-person gîte, you will find on the ground floor: spacious entrance with storage/cupboards, equipped kitchen and large living/dining room. Flat screen TV and wood stove (wood provided). Toilets. Board games.
Upstairs, 4 comfortable bedrooms in soft tones, two bedrooms for 3 people (a 140 bed and a single bed) and two bedrooms for 2 people, one with a 160cm bed, the other with a 140cm bed. Large bathroom with corner bathtub. Shower room with walk-in shower. Separate toilet.

In the single-storey gîte for 2/4 people, located in the extension, you will have a kitchen open to the living room with a 2/3-person sofa and a dining table that can accommodate up to 4 people. It includes a bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm bed and a shower room open to the bedroom with a sink and a walk-in shower. The toilets are independent, accessible from the living room. A washing machine is available in the accommodation. Baby bed and high chair on request.

All-inclusive price (except tourist tax): sheets, towels, final cleaning, electricity, wood and heating.

Large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Ping-pong table and a dart board. The exteriors are currently being finished. Unfenced land. Pond and stream in the property not secured. It is the responsibility of the tenants to take care of the safety of the outdoor area in the event of the presence of young children.

A large private car park is accessible at the entrance to the farm. You will also find a small cellar for parking bicycles.

The Le Moulin gîtes are ideally located 3 km from the Burgundy Canal and its cycle route, 5 km from the Chailly golf course, 10 km from the Auxois racing circuit and the Pouilly-Maconge aerodrome, 20 minutes from the Châteauneuf en Auxois and Commarin castles and 30 minutes from the MuséoParc Alésia; Children's play area and football pitch in the town 50 m from the gîte.
