An ideal stay for a relaxing break with the family. Not far from the National Forest Park in Pays Chatillonnais, this old 150m² farmhouse will seduce you with its authenticity and will provide you with all the necessary comfort for a quiet stay in the countryside.

On the ground floor, large, friendly living room with lounge/dining room and open equipped kitchen. Fireplace. Shower room with shower and separate toilet.

To access the upper floor, you go through a room dedicated to relaxation and perfect for children (board games, books, etc.).

Upstairs, a 4-person bedroom with 4 90x200cm beds (modular), and two double bedrooms each with a 160X200cm bed.

Each bedroom has a work area with desk and free and unlimited wifi access throughout the accommodation.

Large enclosed plot in a quiet area with no overlooked views, covered terrace, private enclosed parking.
