Character cottage located in town, at the entrance to Bellegarde, 200 m from the castle, with a large enclosed and green interior courtyard, as well as a garden of approximately 220 m2 each (South / South-East exposure).
On the ground floor, a large dining room with a warm fireplace welcomes you. Ground floor: living room, dining room, equipped kitchen, toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 bed 140), 1 bedroom (2 beds 90), 1 bedroom (1 bed 120 + 1 bed 90), bathroom and toilet, 1 large mezzanine with library. Fireplace wood €50 per cubic meter. Table tennis. Electricity and heating included. Sheets provided and beds made on arrival. Mandatory cleaning fee for companies €55.
