Semi-detached house with pleasant views, located in a very quiet area only 1.5 km. from Sa Tuna beach. Distributed on two levels, it consists of a ground floor with living-dining room, kitchen, toilet, terrace-patio, and an upper floor with 3 bedrooms (2 double beds and 1 bunk bed), 1 bathroom and terrace. Large communal garden with swimming pool. Private parking space.
