Located in one of the most prestigious urbanizations in the area and a few
meters from the beach of Aiguablava, we found this exclusive property with
fantastic sea views. Distributed mainly in a plant, it is distributed in day
area with hall, kitchen office, large dining room-living room with a/c and
access to terrace, toilet and laundry room. In the night area, master suite
with shower and bathtub and three more rooms, all suite type. On the ground
floor, a living room, games, TV and mini-bar area with a courtesy bathroom and
a suite bedroom. Outside, garden area, terrace with barbecue and overflowing
pool overlooking the sea. It has a closed garage and outdoor parking spaces.
