Fantastic traditional style property with wonderful sea views located in a very quiet area a few metres from the port of Aiguafreda and the beach of Sa Tuna. Distributed in two levels, in the main floor we find a spacious and luminous living room, dining room, large fully equipped kitchen with laundry room and pantry, courtesy toilet and three double bedrooms with access to the terrace. Shared bathroom. On the upper floor, a spectacular living room with fireplace and access to terrace, double bedroom and bathroom. All the rooms have air conditioning. In the outside area, a fantastic Mediterranean style garden with pine trees, olive trees and private swimming pool. Pleasant porch and different rest areas where you can enjoy the tranquillity and the marvellous sea views. Parking for two cars.

positive comment: Wonderful villa with an amazing view. Very quiet location on the top of the hill with picturesque views on Mediterranean Sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The house has a big swimming pool and floaties , barbecue, table tenis, huge outside dining table, comfortable sunbeds and separate sun lounge with umbrella. The area is full of plants. The whole house is made of decent materials starting with floors, ending with furniture and bathroom equipment. Property is very comfortable even for group of 7-8 people as it has 4 separate bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with showers. You may easily park 2 cars. The sun was shining on the swimming pool all day long, which guaranteed warm water and allowed us to spend a nice time in the pool regardless part of the day. After the week there we were relaxed and well-rested. We would definitely come back as we have had a great time here. negative comment: Nothing to add - all is well-thought, convenient and comfortable.
