Mediterranean-style house with beautiful views Of Pals beach, surrounded by a
garden, private swimming pool and different terraces, and located just 500
metres from Es Racóbeach and 800 metres from Sa Riera beach.

The house consists of 3 levels that are distributed like this:

On the main floor we find a pleasant living room with a dining area from which
we have an access to a fantastic terrace with views of the garden and the pool,
a fully equipped independent kitchen where the second dining area is located,
ideal for breakfast and from which we access to a beautiful terrace overlooking
the garden and the sea. On the same floor there is a night area where there is
a bathroom with a shower, a double room, a twin room and a room with bunk beds.

From the main floor we have an access to a studio type room in which we have
a small kitchen area.

On the upper floor we find a spacious and nice double suite that has its own
bathroom with shower and an access to a wonderful terrace where it´s a pleasure
to enjoy the tranquility and intimacy of this property.

On the garden level there is a full bathroom with shower and a big and
beautiful double room with direct access to the pool area.
