Magnificent fully restored residence located 5 minutes walk from the banks of the Loire and the vineyards. Many opportunities for visits and walks will enchant you such as the Pont Canal in Briare, the pottery of Gien, Sancerre, Guédelon and of course the Loire by bike route. If the sensations tempt you, an adventure in a microlight on the Beaulieu base and for the less adventurous a canoe trip.
Offering 5 bedrooms all with their private bathroom, 3 are equipped with a 140 cm double bed, one bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a bedroom with two 90 cm beds. You will have a very nice living room and a kitchen with all the amenities including robot, raclette oven. In the attic, a space for relaxation and games for children. In the courtyard, a gas barbecue will allow you to share convivial moments. On the ground floor, an entrance, a living room with 2 sofas and armchairs, an equipped kitchen open to the living room and a small vaulted cellar on the same level. The living room and the kitchen overlook a courtyard including a garden furniture with gas barbecue.
