Description of the accommodation

Very pleasant atmosphere in this chalet designed by an architect. Chalet all on half levels, allowing you to take full advantage of the space. Luminous. peaceful. Very beautiful garden (trees and lawn, river at the bottom of the garden) which you can admire from every room of the house).
Access is easy for this chalet located at the entrance to Planay.
Slightly set back from the Arêches/Le Planay axis, you benefit from real tranquility.
On the ground floor you enter on one level into a beautiful living room with lounge area, dining area and kitchen. Warm atmosphere, beautiful view of the garden.
Then you access by steps to the 1st half level where there are:
- a large attic bedroom with exposed beams with a 140 cm bed and 2 bunk beds, opening onto a balcony (also beautiful views of the garden)
- a bathroom (shower with sink and heated towel rail)
Going up half a level again, you access another double bedroom with a 140 cm bed. On the landing, a library and office space will offer a peaceful work space for those who need it (in this space, be careful: children should not climb on the railing).
Finally, when you arrive from skiing, you can go directly through the garage transformed into a ski room, dry your belongings in the boiler room and access directly from the inside into the living room/dining area/kitchen. The toilet is located at the garage level.
On the south side, a terrace allows you to fully enjoy the sun on sunny days.
Easy access 10 m from the free ski bus (1 stop before the Planay terminus). Connection slope to Arêches 5 minutes by ski (passes behind the house). Small 20 m access cleared of snow in winter.
Note: 90 euros extra charges in winter. PETS NOT ALLOWED (except cats). A security deposit (depending on the size of the accommodation) will be required upon arrival.
