Located in the Baugeois, 30 minutes from Angers and Saumur, near the Zoo de la Flèche (20 km), the "P"tite Angevine" welcomes you for a stay with family or friends. You can practice many activities in the surrounding area (golf, horse riding, festivals (opera or theater) in season or even reach the banks of the Loire accessible in 25 minutes from the gîte.

This town house located next to the church, offers on the ground floor a fitted kitchen (oven, induction hob, microwave, etc.) with dining area, a living room with television, a master bedroom with a double bed of 160cm x 200cm and an adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower. A laundry room (washing machine, cleaning equipment) and a separate toilet are also located on the ground floor.

Upstairs, the cottage has a bathroom with shower, double sink unit and WC, and 3 attic bedrooms each with a wardrobe:
- a bedroom with a double bed of 140cmx190cm
- a bedroom with two single beds of 90cmx190cm
- a bedroom with a baby bed (0 to 2 years old) and a sofa bed that can be used as an additional bed

The cottage benefits from an enclosed courtyard with a small terrace and a spacious shelter from where you can admire the famous twisted bell tower of Vieil-Baugé. Garden furniture, a barbecue and deckchairs are at your disposal to allow you to have a good time during the summer.

The cottage is located 5 minutes from Baugé, its many shops and its characterful village rich in heritage (Baugé castle and Apothecary).

Baby equipment (baby bed, high chair, changing table, baby bath) is also at your disposal.

Possibility of parking two vehicles in the courtyard. Parking possible on the church square next to the gîte.
