Separate toilet. 2nd floor: a bedroom with a 160 bed and private shower room. Panoramic terrace with a view of the Hautes Côte de Beaune vineyard. Unfenced land. Laundry room. Parking. Private swimming pool (4.25 m x 2.25) in continuity with the terrace and heated from May to September depending on the weather conditions (24 °c).

This accommodation is not suitable for children.

All the electricity in the cottage is produced by solar panels. Heating by pellet stove and PAC.
