Private swimming pool (4.25 m x 2.25) in continuity with the terrace and heated from mid-May to September depending on the weather conditions

All the electricity in the cottage is produced by solar panels. Heating by pellet stove and PAC.

Gîte Air-conditioned by Air-Air heat pump.

Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen provided.

Hiking trails from the cottage. Many cultural visits within 15 km: Hospices de Beaune, Bout du Monde waterfall, Halles de Nolay, Autun.... Cycle route 5 km away and Voie Verte, Natural swimming pool in Beaune, treetop adventure course in Givry, Les Etangs d'Or in Tailly. Montrachet vineyard 10 km away and Trois Croix de Santenay mountain.
