In order to respect the neighbours there is a decibel detector. 2) The property has a 200 liters hot water tank 3) The person who signs the contract upon arrival has to be older than 25 years. 4) Only the number of guests specified in the client's booking is allowed to stay overnight at the property. If any additional guest stays overnight, an extra charge will apply.

For all our guests we provide: 3 sets of keys, bed sheets, one bath towel, one hand towel per person, one hair dryer per bathroom, iron, ironing board, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, kitchen tools, crockery and cutlery.
