Description of the accommodation

Traditional Barbâtre house renovated in 2020, located in a complex, close to 4 other gîtes, 500 m from the Boucholeurs beach. Ground floor (access by 1 step): living room/lounge, kitchen, 2 bedrooms with access via the terrace (with 1 160 bed, shower room/WC) and living room side: 1 bedroom (with 1 160 bed separable into 2 80 beds and 2 80 beds, shower room and separate WC). Wifi. Enclosed landscaped grounds of 70 m² with wooden terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs).
Closed shelter for storage available. Access to the beach via the forest, 500 meters away. Fishing, bike rental on Barbâtre, sailing club, departure for the Ile d'Yeu 3 km away, swimming pool 8 km away.
Coach service: La Roche sur Yon connection 500 m away. Options: End of stay cleaning: €100/stay; Sheet rental for 1 or 2 people: €15/stay; Towel rental: €8/person/stay.
In addition: Tourist tax. Electric heating based on individual heating meter reading (to be paid on site).

Arriving on the Ile de Noirmoutier, you cross the bridge, 1st roundabout continue straight, 2nd roundabout take the 3rd exit to enter Barbâtre, at the roundabout continue straight, at the stop sign turn right, you are in the rue de l'Estacade, the gîte is 50m on the left after the Salle des Noures and before the road which leads to the Plage des Boucholeurs.
