On the ground floor: spacious equipped kitchen opening onto a dining room, comfortable living room with flat screen TV, double bedroom (2 beds of 90x200 which can be made into a double bed), bathroom with Italian shower, separate toilet. On the 1st floor: landing with reading corner, 2 bedrooms each composed of 2 beds of 90x200 which can be coupled into double beds. Heating, electricity, air conditioning, towels and household linen will be included in the price of the stay. The beds will be made upon your arrival. Outside, you will have parking, a 1000 m² plot of land to share with the owners, garden furniture, a parasol and a barbecue. The winegrower owner will be happy to introduce you to her profession during a tour of the estate and a tasting. You can also have 2 electric bikes (rental: €50/day, €200/week, deposit €1300). Hybrid car charging package: €3/charge. On the heights of Bar sur Aube, in the heart of the Champagne vineyards, 10 km from the Nigloland amusement park, come and stay in this 1930s-style house located in a wine-growing estate.
