On the ground floor: spacious fitted kitchen opening onto a dining room, comfortable living room with flat screen TV, double bedroom (2 90x200 beds which can be offered as a double bed), bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. On the 1st floor: landing with reading corner, 2 bedrooms each with 2 90x200 beds that can be combined into double beds. Heating, electricity, air conditioning, towels and household linen will be included in the price of the stay. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Outside, you will have parking, 1000 m² of land to share with the owners, garden furniture, a parasol and a barbecue. The winemaker owner will be happy to help you discover her profession during a tour of the estate and a tasting. You can also have 2 electric bikes (rental: €50/day, €200/week, deposit €1300). Hybrid car charging package: €3/recharge. On the heights of Bar sur Aube, in the heart of the Champagne vineyards, 10 km from the Nigloland amusement park, come and stay in this 1930s style house located on a wine farm. You will enjoy a breathtaking view of the forest and the vineyard, in a calm, green environment and close to all amenities (shops, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.).
