Come and discover our village of BANYULS-SUR-MER through this charming studio located in a seafront residence and close to all amenities.
Located on the flat of the village, a few meters from the beach, let yourself be seduced by this studio.

Equipped for 2 people, it consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker), a bathroom with WC.

Thanks to its terrace, you will have the joy of enjoying the sea view and outdoor meals.
For pétanque lovers, the bowling alley is located below the studio.

For parking, you can take out a subscription directly at the car park terminals (from April to October):
Subscription for 7 days: €50
Subscription for 14 days €80

Une climatisation sera judicieuse, car il est impossible de dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes avec le bruit des voitures, motos,...

Agence de location serviable donnant de bonnes directives.Logement très bien situé par rapport au bord de mer, activités, restaurants, commerces, parking à proximité etcUn appartement fonctionnelle, propre, bien aménagé avec une terrasse vue sur mer très appréciable.Je recommande .

Très belle vue sur Banyuls et la mer. Studio fonctionnel et assez agréable, sauf : la chaleur la nuit côté couchage due sans doute à la disposition des fenêtres ne permettant pas une bonne circulation de l'air , le bruit (relatif) en journée et les lumières électriques la nuit, du fait de la proximité de l'avenue côtière. Personnel de l'agence agréable, disponible et opérationnel (l'Agence est à cinq minutes à pied). Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour à Banyuls.
