Take the footbridge and the suspension bridge to discover the Nid Douillet, a 28 m² cabin made entirely of logs, perched 6 m high on a 90 m² platform in the middle of the Châtillon forest.
It offers a beautiful living room with a 140 bed and 2 mezzanines as close as possible to the stars, accessible by a wooden ladder, with 2 90 beds for one and 1 140 bed for the other.
All the furniture is homemade! Dry toilets and sink with water reserve. Located near a 1st cabin for 2 people, with whom you will share the common areas, you can enjoy the tranquility of the terrace without vis-à-vis, thanks to the thick foliage of the forest. 50 m from your footbridge, you will find on the ground a shared rustic cabin of 21 m² with a shared equipped kitchen (hob, sink and small gas fridge) and 2 bathrooms with toilets (one per cabin). The water comes from a water reserve with filtration, but not drinkable. The electricity in this room is obtained by solar panels.

The cabin has no electricity or heating. An unusual experience for nature lovers. Access to the cottage by a small white forest path. Breakfast baskets available (€10). Possibility to rent the 2 cabins for 8 people (reference 21G4035).

Nearby: many walks to do from the cottage. 7 km away, Laignes, on the Crémant road with all shops. Also worth seeing: the Châtillonnais Museum and the Vase de Vix. Fontenay Abbey, listed as World Heritage. The vineyards of Champagne. The castles of Bussy-Rabutin, Tanlay, Ancy le Franc.
