On the ground floor, you will enjoy a living room with dining area, lounge (convertible sofa for sleeping 2 additional people) and kitchen area. Upstairs, you will have a double bedroom (2 90x200 beds which can be offered as a double bed or separate beds) and a bathroom with shower, sink and WC. Outside, you will enjoy a small enclosed courtyard with parasol garden furniture and barbecue. For very hot summer days, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the coolness of the cottage's cellar. Private, unenclosed parking located opposite the cottage. Beds made on arrival, towels and household linen provided. Charges included and end-of-stay cleaning included in the price of the stay. For safety reasons and the lack of suitable equipment, it is strictly forbidden to recharge an electric vehicle in this gîte (terminals less than 5 km away in Riceys and Neuville sur Seine). 45 km from Troyes, on the Champagne tourist route and in the heart of the Côte des Bar vineyards. This pretty stone house adjoining another gite has been renovated and decorated with great taste to make it a real little cocoon. You will love the character of the old: stones, old fireplaces, beams, original parquet floors. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Les Riceys, town of character (3 km), Renoir's House in Essoyes, hiking trails, tasting and cellar visits... 30 min: lakes and Natural Park of the Forêt d'Orient (swimming, water sports, tree climbing...). 40 mins away: Nigloland amusement park, Clairvaux Abbey. 50 min: town of Troyes (Cathedral, Museums, factory outlets).
