Gîte adjoining the owners' house, with independent entrance. On the ground floor: fully equipped modern kitchen, open to living/dining room with wood stove, 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160 cm and private shower room with WC. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with 1 bed of 160 cm each and private shower rooms, with WC. TV in all bedrooms but not in the living room. All-inclusive gîte: sheets, cleaning, towels included

At the back of the gîte, large swimming pool (10.5 x 4) heated from 15/06 to 15/09, with terrace and deckchairs, to share with the owners. Equipped summer kitchen. Large grounds with children's games, pétanque court... Farm animals in semi-freedom. Equipped, lit and adapted bicycle shed.
Jacuzzi area, free and permanent access for the entire duration of the stay to this area subject to compliance with hygiene and age rules (minimum 12 years). Pets refused.
