LUCHON - RESIDENCE "EDELWEISS"

Very nice apartment of 93 m² for 6 people with wifi on the 1st floor with comfortable elevator, 200 m from the CREMAILLERE EXPRESS cable car and 300 m from the thermal baths.

A large entrance with plenty of storage - large living room of 35 m² overlooking the main alleys of Luchon with a fully equipped fitted kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, extractor hood, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and senseo)
A bedroom with bunk beds in 90 and wardrobe.
The other two bedrooms overlook the 18 m² terrace facing West with wardrobe (with 1 bed 140 in one and in the other 2 beds in 90).
A separate toilet, a shower room with toilet.

Secure private underground parking at 100m (height 2m20) - pets allowed if less than 10kg - ski locker.

Apartment deposit: €250
Cleaning deposit: €90

Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:
- Cleaning 4 and 5 rooms: €90.

Property manager's response

Bonjour, Au contrôle de l'appartement le jour de votre départ, nous vous avons informé par mail le jour même que nous avions constaté que le ménage n'était pas suffisant. L'appartement n'a pas été rendu dans le même état de propreté que lorsqu'il vous a été remis à votre arrivée. Le montant de la caution ménage de 115€ n'étant effectivement pas justifié c'est pour cela que nous vous retenons la somme de 80€. L'appartement en l'état ne pouvait être remis aux locataires suivants. Nous espérons que malgré tout vous avez passé un agréable séjour dans notre région.
