This recently built residence is made up of 107 apartments in two 5-storey buildings (with lifts).

Luchon offers access to 4km of cross-country trails, situated at the higher point of the wider Superbagneres area.

Luchon is easily accessible by train, with the station located in the resort itself.
Luchon is a well-equipped spa resort, and offers all necessary amenities and facilities such as shops, bars and restaurants, banks/cashpoints, a post office, as well as doctors and pharmacies.
