It is a charming and peaceful base for discovering the jewels of the Périgord Noir (Lascaux International Centre for Cave Art in Montignac, Hautefort Castle, Eyrignac Gardens, the Hundred Mammoth Cave in Rouffignac, Sarlat, etc.) unless you prefer the 11 treetop adventure courses in Thenon, canoe trips down the Vézère or the Dordogne... or strolling along the many hiking trails... or learning about the mysteries of truffles in our truffle orchard. But no one will hold it against you if you lounge on the stone terrace or under our hundred-year-old lime tree after a duck breast barbecue, watching a magnificent sunset over the valley.

A retired agricultural engineer for one, and a naturopathic pharmacist for the other, life and work have taken us from French Guyana to Argentina via Brazil and Bulgaria and then to Paris.
