Lounge area opening onto a pleasant veranda with relaxation area. 1 bedroom (1 double bed) with shower room/wc accessible to people with reduced mobility. Upstairs: Mezzanine lounge. 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), shower room/wc. Oil heating on the ground floor and electric heating on the first floor, at an additional cost. Wifi internet connection.
Private parking. Small unfenced plot, garden furniture, barbecue. Lake 150 m away. Pétanque ground shared by both gîtes.

The price includes: - gas for cooking (if the kitchen works with this energy)
- water within the limit of reasonable consumption
- a fixed price of 8 kwh/day of electricity (except stays with negotiated monthly rate)
