Living room, relaxation area (wood stove, TV), shower room, toilet. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 single bed). No toilet upstairs. Electric heating at an additional cost. Wood included. Sheets and towels can be rented. Wifi internet connection.
Private garden with trees and flowers, covered terrace under a lean-to, garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers, small fountain. Lake 150 metres away (walks, fishing). Petanque ground shared by both gîtes.

The price includes: - gas for cooking (if the kitchen works with this energy)
- water within the limit of reasonable consumption
- a fixed price of 8 kwh/day of electricity (except stays with negotiated monthly rate)
