Located in the Quartier de la Falaise, it is next to the covered car park, the entrance of the resort, convenient stores, shops, restaurants, ski lifts.
There is 1 double sofa bed in the living room, TV, internet access.
There is a double bed in the first bedroom and bunkbeds in the second one.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher, hotplates, coffee machine, kettle, toaster...
You have a bathroom and a shower room with toilets.

We stayed in Falaise in Avoriaz. I’ve been visiting many years. The apartment was perfect location, as described and clean. Fabulous kitchen with oven too. From start to finish booking was easy to plan and great communication. Location superb for restaurants ski school bars and supermarkets. Will definitely book again. Staff at Acency Selectis were excellent and superb customer service. I even contacted them before and they fully explained the arrival procedure in English. Great friendly helpful staff. Loved the whole stay at Falaise and will definitely be back
