The cottage includes a double bedroom (140x190cm bed), a twin bedroom (two 90x190cm beds), a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and a separate toilet. Outside, a shared courtyard with an electric gate provides secure parking for vehicles (including trucks and trailers), and a shared, private lawn area is also available. A pétanque court is also provided. Beds will be made upon arrival, and cleaning, heating, electricity, and linens (tea towels, tablecloths) are included in the price of your stay. Small pets are welcome upon request. On the Champagne Tourist Route, 7 km from Les Riceys, 30 minutes from the lakes, and 45 km from Troyes and its factory outlets, come and stay in a true haven of peace located on the heights of a small wine-growing village, offering breathtaking views of the fields and the Champagne vineyards. The owners live opposite the cottage and will be very discreet during their guests' stay. For fishing enthusiasts, there is a lake in the village.
