Description of the accommodation

In a small hamlet 2 km from Auxonne, the gîte "Au Charme de la Cour", completely renovated and tastefully decorated, near the owner's house, offers you: on the ground floor: 1 fully equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace, with pellet stove, 1 laundry room with washing machine.

Upstairs, 1 living room with good quality sofa bed offering 2 additional beds (29 €/night/person), flat screen TV (Netflix) WIFI, an open bathroom with shower, sink, separate toilet, 3-seater SPA. On the 2nd floor, under the mezzanine (access by a staircase secured by a rope - not suitable for young children): 1 attic bedroom with 1 140 cm bed.

Outside, beautiful heated swimming pool of 3.5 X 8 m, secured by a roller shutter. (Depth: 1.40 m), open from the beginning of May to mid-September (depending on the weather). Terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, relaxation lounge, many games (petanque balls, rackets, etc.). Tumble dryer on request.
