Description of the accommodation

The Gîte des Granges Hautes, located in a quiet area of the city, is ideal for bringing together families and friends. You will find peace and quiet in a renovated stone farmhouse. Ground floor: living room, dining room, Wifi in the Gîte, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 160 bed for one and 3 90 beds for the other. 2 shower rooms and WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, namely, the 1st with 1 160 bed, the 2nd with 3 90 beds. Shower room, WC. 2 verandas and enclosed garden of 2000 m².

Pétanque ground. A large large asphalt courtyard with gate. Insert fireplace. For babies, bed, high chair, changing table, bathtub, potty. Nearby: for water sports, the Saône is 1 km away with its river port. Walks in the forest and marked trails. Dole-Tavaux Airport 12 km away and Dijon-Longvic 30 km away. PLEASE NOTE: no overcrowding, including children and babies. Parties are not allowed in the gîte.

Sheets and bath mats provided, cleaning included. Cleaning does not include sorting. Pets not allowed.

Charges and supplements: Bathroom linen: €5 per person for the stay. Gas and electricity central heating extra, depending on meter reading (8 kwh/day included). For the 2024 season, the swimming pool will no longer be in operation.

When you arrive at the gîte, you will need to provide a certificate of civil liability in the name of the reservation contract.
