Description of the accommodation
15 minutes south of Châteauroux, 20 minutes from George Sand's house and the Creuse Valley, this gite is in the heart of the countryside and a 2nd category river (300 metres). House with enclosed garden fitted out with a slide and a swing.
On the ground floor: entrance - dining room/living room - fitted kitchen - 1 bedroom (1 double bed with washbasin) - shower room - toilets.
Upstairs (straight staircase with rope ramp): 3 bedrooms (3 double beds, 1 130 cm bed, 1 180 cm bed, cot and sinks) - shower room - wc - play area.
Garage (bike storage).
Oil-fired heating (invoicing according to actual consumption - meter on the boiler, to be paid on site) and wood offered for the fireplace.
Cleaning fee not included, billed obligatorily for professional stays at the rate of 65€. In the same way, sheets are not provided, they are invoiced for professional customers at the rate of 12€ per pair.
No Wi-Fi.
Possibility of renting a room for 60 people (on site) at the price of 350 € (Saturday noon to Sunday evening).
