It is located in an 18th century farmhouse made of local stone, on one level (access for people with reduced mobility), restored with healthy materials and a sought-after decoration. It is close to the owners' home (not overlooked) who are keen to preserve your privacy and independence.

The gîte is located in an enclosed park of 3500 m², with a private garden particularly flowery (palm trees, olive trees, wisteria ...) and terrace.
It has a living room / dining room with open fitted kitchen, a large bedroom with cathedral ceiling and beams (king-size bed 180x200 + a bed 90x190), shower room, separate toilet.
Additional equipment: 2 adult bikes, Wifi ?, freezer, tumble dryer, complete baby equipment, radio, bio ethanol fireplace.

INCLUDED: Electricity, sheets (beds made on arrival) and towels.
NOT INCLUDED: solar/oil heating (€5/day from October 15 to May 15), tourist tax.
