My Home Connexion offers you for seasonal rental this superb house that can accommodate up to eight people, located a few minutes from the city center of Arles. Enjoy a peaceful and serene setting to fully savor the Provencal sun. Between lush vegetation, furnished terraces, garden furniture, swimming pool and deckchairs, everything is combined for moments of absolute relaxation.
The terrace, surrounded by majestic vegetation, is equipped with a large wooden table with chairs and benches, ideal for your outdoor meals. The 7.5 x 3.5 m swimming pool is lined with deckchairs and parasols, perfect for enjoying sunny days. Thanks to its exposure, the house is bathed in natural light.
The living space, composed of a living room, a dining room and an open kitchen, is ideal for convivial moments with family or friends, with direct access to the terrace and the garden. The sleeping areas consist of four comfortable suites, each with its own bathroom and tastefully decorated in a refined style with discreet touches of color.
A concierge service is at your disposal to facilitate your stay.

Tourist taxes not included in the price (€6.19 x number of adults + 18 years x number of nights). Deposit: €2,000 to be paid by credit card imprint or transfer only, before entering the premises.
A lump sum may be retained from the security deposit if the trash has not been taken out by the tenant, if the house is returned in a deplorable state compared to the inventory of fixtures at entry and if linen is missing.
