Just 1 km from the beach center and its entertainment, in a luxury residence with communal swimming pool (Open from 01/06 to 30/09 subject to government and prefectural decisions) and secure parking, pretty holiday house comprising:
Entrance via courtyard/small garden well furnished not overlooked with awning, garden table and chairs, barbecue, deckchairs.
Living room/lounge with TV and sofa bed in 140, fully equipped American kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, etc.)
Bathroom with shower; Separate toilet
On the mezzanine 2 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with 140 bed and bedroom 2 with bunk bed in 90.
Air-conditioned house.
The +: Pleasantly decorated and furnished, ideal for family holidays. Air conditioning, swimming pool, private courtyard in the pavilion.

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when you hand over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
This rental accepts animals - A supplement of € 30 per animal / stay will be requested.
WIFI BOX rental: € 39 / week
