150m from the sea, on the marina, south of the resort, the "Les Mers du Sud" residence is part of a pedestrian complex composed of quality residences with elevators and offers close access to the beach.

This seaside vacation apartment, ideal for a family stay, is located on the 2nd floor, facing east. It consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a sleeping alcove with two single bunk beds, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
