Possibility to rent sheets and towels. Garage (for 1 car, washing machine and dryer, freezer). Electric heating at an additional cost (10 euros/day). Small enclosed garden, garden furniture, barbecue.

The price includes: - gas for cooking (if the kitchen works with this energy)
- water within the limit of reasonable consumption
- a fixed rate of 8 kwh/day of electricity (except stays with negotiated monthly rate)
