On the top floor (private landing) of a collective residence of 24 apartments in Hauts d'Arêches (shuttle stop a few meters away in winter during the holidays). Furnished and equipped for 6/7 people. Warm and cozy atmosphere including: an entrance, a corridor leading on one side to a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher opening onto a comfortable living room (TV), and on the other hand a bathroom, a separate toilet, three bedrooms composed as follows:
- a bedroom with two single beds 90
- a bedroom with 1 single bed 90 and 1 double bed 140 giving access to a large balcony/terrace (East)
- a master suite with double bed 160*200 also giving access to the East balcony
