This characterful, contemporary chalet with quality services allows you to immerse yourself in Arêches-Beaufort in total comfort.

In a quiet area of Arêches-Beaufort, a typical mountain village-resort in the Alps, in Beaufortain and where it is good to rest, hike, stroll and ski in winter.

Beautifully and recently renovated chalet (end of May 2021), in a contemporary style with clean lines, furnished with designer furniture, a selected and modern decoration. Only 5 minutes walk from the center of the village. South facing. View of the peaks and the village. Charges (140€ extra for wood, wifi, heating and end-of-stay cleaning).
It can accommodate up to 8 people. Rental from Sunday to Sunday.
Bright double living room and magnificent view opening onto a balcony terrace from where you can contemplate the mountain. Facing south, it includes: a lounge area - TV - WIFI - HIFI stove fireplace and a dining area adjoining the kitchen, with table, chairs to share friendly moments and also, a central island / bar with 4 high chairs. Designer furniture with clean lines. Light oak parquet flooring. The kitchen is ultra-modern, perfectly equipped (3-burner induction hob, electric oven, 3-drawer fridge and freezer, raclette machine and 2 fondue sets, crepe parts, etc.)
On the same level as the living room: a corridor leads to 2 spacious bedrooms with storage cupboard and wardrobe (Bedroom 1 with 1 bed 160X 200; bedroom 2: 1 bed 140 x 190) and a bathroom with sink (walk-in shower - hair dryer available). In the hallway you will find a "household" storage cupboard (vacuum cleaner, iron, etc.) A beautiful contemporary oak staircase takes you upstairs and distributes 2 bedrooms on either side, under the roof (wool carpet on the floor). Bedroom 3 to the north offers a 140x190 bed, a small desk and storage; bedroom 4 to the south offers a 140x190 bed with storage as well. Very good bedding with mattress toppers, 65x65 pillows, 140x200 duvets for single beds and 220 x240 m duvets for double beds; all bedrooms have a window. Finally, also upstairs: a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The entrance is very functional, with a large cloakroom, washing machine, towel dryer. Ski locker reserved for you at the foot of the slopes (5 pairs of skis, no boots), offered.
You can store your skis and ski boots in the ski-room in the basement, located on the same level as the 2 parking spaces.
