Beautiful space for this 40m² loft style - ideal for 7 people - collective residence of 24 apartments in Hauts d'Arêches on the ground floor it includes: closed cabin, closed alcove entrance, living room - with US kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom bathroom, WC, beautiful south-west tree-lined terrace. Pleasant view of the village (2 double beds 140 washing machine and dryer.

Notes: No pets (allergy). Tourist tax extra according to current scale. Possibility of renting sheets and household linen. A security deposit (depending on the size of the accommodation) will be required upon arrival.

Appartement très agréable et bien situé dans une résidence calme avec une belle vue sur Arêches On a aimé cet appartement qui était de plein pied avec une terrasse plein ouest donnant l&#39,accès direct au parking de la résidence,, ce qui évitait de passer par la cage d&#39,escaliers à plusieurs étages qui était glaciale
