This 70 m² cottage features a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, and a 15 m² sheltered terrace accessible from the living room and one bedroom, perfect for enjoying meals or reading without being overlooked as far as the eye can see. Close to the Grands Murcins forest, 250 km of marked trails, four orienteering circuits... In short, it's an ideal location for outdoor sports or complete relaxation! Pets are welcome with the owner's approval. The house, reminiscent of an Austrian chalet, is completely independent on a 7,000 m² property of meadows and woods, with panoramic views of the entire Roanne plain and the Beaujolais mountains.
