18th Century House with Private Pool and WiFi in Dordogne

This detached house is a renovated 18th century barn. It is composed on the ground floor of a main room with a kitchen open to the living room (TV, internet, wood stove) and the dining room, a bedroom with a 140X190cm bed and its private bathroom as well as separate toilets (with washing machine).
Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms: one with a 160 bed and the other with 2 modular beds of 80x190; and a bathroom with toilet.
In fine weather, you can enjoy the private unheated swimming pool located in front of the house on the wooden terrace. (depth 1.1m to 1.30m, 5mx4m, with steps, chlorine) open from June to September. Also enjoy a covered plancha area, a darts game and a ping-pong table.
On-site parking on the property. Baby equipment: travel cot, high chair, bathtub.
Sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price. The Roustigou house is an old barn built in the 18th century and renovated with quality materials, and has a private swimming pool. The house is located in the small picturesque village of Archignac, in the land of Fénelon, north of Sarlat, classified as a town of art and history (23 km).
You will be close to both the Vézère Valley with its caves and troglodyte sites and the Dordogne Valley with its castles and charming villages such as Domme, Beynac-et-Cazenac and La Roque-Gageac (Most Beautiful Villages in France) which benefit from exceptional locations on the banks of the river!
For hiking enthusiasts, many loops are nearby. And for those who prefer water sports, what could be better than a canoe trip to discover the majestic landscapes of the Dordogne Valley!
