Description of the accommodation

Arcachon - Ville d'Hiver district right next to the Parc Mauresque - 5 minutes walk from the city center by taking the Parc Mauresque elevator and close to the beaches.

In a beautiful Arcachon house, Studio of 27 m² habitable on the ground floor, for 2 people, opening onto a terrace and garden of 78 m² in a quiet area:
- A small entrance, a fitted kitchen which opens onto the terrace with a high table and 2 stools
- A living room which opens onto the terrace and the garden: convertible sofa (sleeps 2 people), 2 bedside tables, 1 table with extensions and 4 chairs, no TV, large closet, shelf and wardrobe.
- A bathroom: Italian shower, 1 vanity sink (no hair dryer) and 1 WC

1 secure and airy parking space, terrace and garden.
An ideal studio to spend a great holiday in Arcachon.

Linen not provided, possibility to rent via the agency, [hidden] 1 pack 160 cm sheets + towels = 42 Euros/week - 1 pack 90 cm sheets + towels = 32 Euros/week.
Optional cleaning fee 50 Euros

In winter (from mid-October to mid-March), heating consumption will be billed in addition to the rent with a flat rate of 10 €/day

Appartement propre et idéalement situé pour qui souhaite profiter de la tranquilité de la Ville d'Hiver tout en restant à proximité immédiate des plages, du centre ville et de ses animations. Petit jardin fort agréable et restant intime bien que donnant sur la rue.Le tout étant fidèle à la description, pas de surprise quant à l'absence de wifi ou de TV qui ne nous ont aucunement manqué lors de notre séjour. Canapé lit plutôt confortable (ce qui est rarement le cas) et équipements récents. On pourrait regretter un certain minimalisme dans l'accessoirisation, de la cuisine surtout... n'oubliez pas votre tire-bouchon :-) l'essentiel est là mais les tiroirs pourraient être légèrement plus garnis.Super accueil de l'équipe Artémia, nous recommandons vivement!

Le studio et son jardin sont très jolis et proches du centre. Idéal pour rester quelques jours comme nous l’avons fait, voire même plus longtemps. Nous avons été très chaleureusement accueillies par l’agence.

Central position close to everything but cozy enough to let you enjoy the big garden at breakfast, lunch or dinner time. Privite parcking really close to the property. Arcachon is a nice and elegant location for families or couples that want discover the awesome coast and convenient Basin area for sports, shopping, food.
