The kitchen, equipped (oven, small fridge, hotplates, washing machine), is separate and has a dining area and a window. The living room has a sofa bed, ideal for an extra bed, a television and also gives access to the balcony.
The balcony, equipped with furniture and an awning, offers a magnificent view of the beach and the basin. The apartment is fully carpeted. Period furniture and equipment, but functional.
