The toilets are independent, with a washbasin, for more comfort. The living room, bright and facing south, has two windows overlooking the street, each with its small Parisian balcony. This space consists of a lounge area with sofa, armchairs and television, as well as a dining room. Access to the upper floor is via a slightly steep staircase of 13 steps. Upstairs, a carpeted landing has a trundle bed offering two additional beds. The second bedroom, facing north and lit by a Velux, is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe. A bathroom with toilet completes this level. The terrace, approximately 25 m², is a real asset for enjoying outdoor meals or relaxing moments in the open air, with garden furniture available. The apartment is accessible by several steps from the street and benefits from an ideal location, in the heart of the city, just a 3-minute walk from the beach and 4 minutes from the municipal market.
