Ideally located, charming T2 apartment of approximately 43 m², on the 2nd floor of a residence with elevator.
For ease of parking, you have access to private and secure underground parking.
An entrance with cupboard. Its living room with TV and WIFI opening onto a 5 m² loggia, it will allow you to read a book or drink a coffee when you wake up or have your meals outside. No roller shutter, just a blackout curtain.
An open kitchen equipped with hotplates, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, washing machine and microwave and its dining area.
A separate toilet. A bedroom with 160 cm bedding which offers a bed for two people, also no roller shutter, a blackout curtain. Its bathroom.
The apartment is equipped with a “detector” alarm with camera but this will be deactivated during your stay.
All shops, restaurants are nearby, for shopping enthusiasts, you are in the heart of the city, and the main beach is a few steps away to organize your picnics, or your swimming afternoons during our beautiful days.
