Ideally located, in the city center, charming T2 apartment of approximately 43 m², on the 2nd floor of a residence with elevator.
For easy parking, you have access to a private and secure underground parking.
An entrance with cupboard, its bathroom and a separate toilet.
Its living room with TV and WIFI opening onto a 5 m² loggia, it will allow you to read a book or drink a coffee when you wake up or take your meals outside. No roller shutter, but a blackout curtain.
An open kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, microwave and its dining area.
A bedroom with a 160 bed which offers sleeping space for two people, no roller shutter either, but a blackout curtain.
The apartment is equipped with a 'motion detector' alarm with camera but it will be automatically deactivated for the duration of your stay.
